Participating artists must follow the conditions of the JCC Art Gallery Contract. Please print a copy of the contract and bring a signed paper copy of it with you when you deliver your piece on September 28. If you do not have the ability to print it we will provide you a hard copy when you deliver your piece.

Art Delivery and Pickup:
Deliver your art to JCC on September 28 - 9:00 - 11:30 am.
Label your pieces for identification with Artist Name, picture title, medium, and your phone number. For hangable pieces tape a label on the back of your piece (on the upper left hand corner as you face the back of the piece). For 3-D works place a tag at an easily found place. We will be providing the JCC an inventory of the works in the show. In the address section below you should provide the address and contact number for the JCC to contact you to send you your check should you make a sale. (This may not be the studio where you are showing your works.)
Pick up art after the reception on October 18 - (8:00 PM.)

About the Artwork Label:
Size and medium:
2-D artwork indicate W"X H" (not to exceed 36"W x 30"H including frame)
3-D artwork (sculpture): Indicate size in three dimensions. Must be no higher than 5', either on its own or on one of the JCC’s six stands (top surface is 16” x 16”). Artists should bring their own stand, if possible. Sculpture should be stable and child-safe.
Jewelry/ fabric/small sculptures (gourds, etc.): We have reserved a large, locking case with glass front and sides for jewelry, fabric and small sculptures. Artists should bring their own display stand.
